Have you ever hated your neighbors?

Yeah, I had a neighbor who would mow his lawn without any pants a few years ago. I was about 13 and we had a chain link fence between our homes so we could see everything. He would also have sex with his girlfriend in his truck during the day (and she was loud) and he would blast loud music at night while he was partying. Eventually, all of his neighbors got tired of it and we had a meeting at my house. We got the landowner to talk to the guy and he soon moved out.
