Honestly, what do you think about this name?

My name is spelled Alisha BUT oddly enough it's not pronounced AH-LEE-SHA (Like people assume when they see it. I don't blame them it makes sense!) My name is pronounced (AH-LEE-SA or AH-LISA) It had a silent "H' in it. I think it should be spelled Alisa. Anyways, be honest, what do you think of the name? I'm a little indifferent about it.
